One the biggest of NFL rivalries pale compared to college..Say Chicago Yearly goes 14-2 and wins 3 Super Bowls but always loses to Green Bay twice.  The coach would be be like a god.  Same situation, say Alabama goes 1 loss every year, gets 3 BCS championships but loses yearly to, say, LSU the coach may get fired.

Two the biggest will be old teams in the NFC.  The Bears, The Giants, The Packers, The Eagles, etc.  Remembering when the b******s pulled that c**p in 1938, is pretty respectable.

In the AFC only the Steelers, Browns, and Colts can say that.  (of course it goes to like 1952, not 1938.)

Oh, I'm a Patriots fan.  I hate the Jets.  The coach stealing, contract interfering, stool pigeons should all die as painfully as possible.  (And I'm sure the feeling is mutual.)

However, if the Patriots go 17-2 with two losses to the Jets, I will not be screaming for Belichick's head.

Definitely Cowboys - Redskins.  I'm not a fan of either team and know that this rivalry is truly legendary.

I am a Vikings fan and I know there is a HUGE rivalry with the Slackers...err...Packers, but it's just not as big as the Boys & Skins.  Anyone who is a true football fan knows that.

Anyone that knows anything at all about the NFL knows that the biggest rivalry with the baddest blood is the Redskins and Cowboys. There's a very good reason why they make them play each other in the holiday game every year. Ratings, ratings, ratings, yes, but the reason for the ratings is that it doesn't matter if both teams come in winless...they play all 4 quarters like it's the superbowl. They hit like Mack trucks and run like track stars until the final whistle blows (and it goes without saying that that is how is should always be). And I say all this as a total hater of both teams.

Browns - Stealers.  

Someone above said "the hate is real."  They are so right.  I'm a huge Browns fan, and where college football is concerned I'm a huge Ohio State fan.  Obviously everyone knows about the OSU - Michigan rivalry.  Well, I love to hate Michigan (I would be sad if they weren't there to compete against), but I just hate Pittsburgh.

The Bears-Packers rivalry. The two clubs have won a combined 21 NFL Championships (including 4 Super Bowls) and have 48 members in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The biggest rival without a doubt has gotta be Skins vs The Boys, I am a fan of none of them, a Houston fan matter of fact, and I know the rivalry of these two teams is crazy.  I don't like The Boys anyways, and since I don't hate the Skins, can't be a fan of The Boy either, and a Houston fan, gotta hate my in state rival hmm?
