I just got my rubber bands put on at the orthodontist and when i got home i decided to have a snack so I took the rubber bands off but now I forgot which teeth they had them on.

I know its the canines for the bottom teeth but I'm not sure if its the farthest down or the second furthest down for my top.

Which one should I put the rubber bands on

  1. for me, it was the very last tooth on the left and kinda inbetween the 3rd and 4th teeth on the left

  2. um for me it was the 4th tooth on the top and last toop on the bottom

  3. Just give them a call.  It'll be in your records and they can easily look it up for you.  You don't want to guess because if you put it on the wrong teeth it'll be a waste of time because it won't have the effect they wanted.

  4. When I had rubber bands on my braces they went on the teeth that had the peice that stuck up a little bit, look for the tooth that has a little peice that sticks up unlike the rest of them

  5. Hahaha, that happened to me too!

But i remember because it was a natural reaction to wear to put it.

I have it from my canines to the 2nd to last molars.
