I've been playing tennis for a year now and im on the jv team hoping to become varsity, despite only playing a year i've gotten pretty good already. I play singles and i usually liek to play from th baseline but im not like anti going up to the net. I don't know how to slice the ball yet but i can somewhat give the ball a little topspin on my forehand but i dont think i have the correct technique doing it. Although describing my playing style makes me sound kinda bad im not but i sometimes i do hit it out of the court quite a bit but only at times, but the racket also has to be affordable like $130 tops on sale but plz plz plz plz tell me which racket to get!!!!!!!!!!

  1. First of all, what kind of racquet do you want. a regular side (95-98), Midplus (98-100), or an oversize (100-110)?

Secondly, which brand do you want Wilson, Prince, Yonex, Head OR you just want a racquet with more control but less power?

If you hardly miss the ball, regular side or midplus is fine for you. If you are miss the ball here or there, an oversize will help your problem. You said you hit the ball out of the court quite a bit at times, you can fix that racquet to have less power when you string your racquet, a high tensions will give you more control and better spin. I would recommend you should try out a demo at local shops or local tennis recreation center, they do have it rents out. Then you can choose which one you think it fits you.

a few racquets from Prince, Wilson that are less than 130$

    Wilson Ncode Racquets

  2. get the yonex that hewitt has. i think its a great sweet spot if you haave your control down.
