  1. Any kind of shoes is good, I suggest the one with a little circle under it.  It makes you run better from side to side.  Nike and Babolat are good, you should try them.

  2. http://www.nike.com/index.jhtml?l=nikest...

^ I've played with these shoes for two years. i had a size eight and when i outgrew them i got a size eleven. they are lightweight and comfortable. i've used them on hardcourt mostly but played over the summer a lot on clay. the'yre very comfortable, but always try them on before buying, is my suggestion.

  3. definately should use addidas because they let you move and are very durable

  4. I've always used Prince shoes, they seem lighter than other brands and have very good tread on the bottom so you don't slip =]

  5. Adidas Barricade II are my favorite.  I liked the old Sampras shoes too: Nike Air Oscillate, which I think they still sell, but the outsoles won't last as long as Barricade II's.

  6. I like Prince because of their light weight and durability .....

The new Head extremes are nice .... very comfortable but I dont think they are going to last long

Nike Air Max Breathe Cage II are incredible .... but they dont last very long .. they feel like a glove

Barricades, esp II are fantastic ... I still like prefer Prince because of durability

Finally, New Balance 1000 & 1200 series are like butter ... and hold up fairly well ...

Dont buy cheap shoes if u have extensive court time ... mainly due to injuries and poor performance

    GOOD LUCK!

  7. definetely the barricade fives they are the undisputed best shoes in tennis made by adidas with great traction and the longest life you could ask for

  8. Nike Air Vapor V Black - good traction, nice heel fit, comfortable insole. hope you enjoy tennis more :)

  9. light weight shoes and running shoes

  10. Adidas Barricade II (unless you have wide feet).  I've tried the Barricade IV, a later model, and there is no doubt in my mind, that the older model is a better shoe.

  11. Its funny how everyone is answering this question without prying more into what it is the question asker is looking for in a shoe.  Do you want durability? Mobility? Lightweight? Low or mid cut?  The Adidas Barricade is indeed an excellent shoe, its also one of the heaviest shoes out there.  If you want a durable shoe, no doubt Barricade V is a winner.  I work at TennisWarehouse.com so its only normal for me to ask more questions to really find a shoe fit for each individual.  Can't go wrong with adidas though in my opinion. But yeah if you really need help TW is super helpful even if you're not buying from us.
