    Just kidding.

What part of the American North?  NW, NE, Central North?  America is a melting pot of culture and cuisine.  It's also a pretty big country with a lot of ethnic influence on local cuisine.

Where I live, the Cornish, French, Germans, and Italians have influenced local culture since the 1800's.

Bottom line is.. Cheeseburgers in Paradise, followed by Pizza... and everything else is cuisine that is dictated by the locals..  Surprising enough, it's different everywhere you go.  I am a Chef and I know.  America has a hidden regional cuisine that reflects the history of the area and when it was settled and by what culture.  It's pretty amazing.  We have everything here.  But certain things dominate certain regions.
