Which theme park should i visit at goldcoast?

i wana have thrill rides.which is better dream world or movie world?

at movie world there is the superman ride which is the scariest, best thrill rdie ever

but at dreamworld you have the 6 thrill rides

ive been to dreamworld 6 times and movieworld 3 times

i had way more fun at dreamworld

it was way better on every level,

-rides

-the staff

-the stores

-the food

-the thrills

whatever you choose i hope you have loads of fun wherever you choose

I grew up going to both parks every year... Movie World used to be pretty boring, however now they have a couple of extra rides like the Space Shot and the Superman Ride.  Dreamworld is great and has a lot to offer - but I personally prefer Movie World now because they theme their rides.  It's not like you are just getting on a contraption for a bit of a thrill... it is the whole experience of being on that particular ride.  The Superman ride is definately the BEST ride in Queensland, no doubt about that.  (I have been to Disneyland and comparing that to any of the Gold Coast theme parks is like comparing 3ply toilet paper to recycled, 1 ply paper!!!  The closest that QLD gets to Disneyland is Movie World)

Don't get me wrong though - you will still have a lot of fun.  Even the s****.-Doo Rollercoaster is fun!  And you've got White Water Mountain, Leathal Weapon, etc.  (All Movie World rides)

Both would be great to go to though, and I don't think you would be dissapointed with either one.

for thrill rides i would go to Dreamworld. i live in brisbane and always visit the theme parks with my kids. they have been to all of them many times and they say that dreamworld has the best roller coasters. movie world has roller coasters too but they are not as good. hopes this helps. google the rides and dreamworlds website.

Movie World is more of a family place and has only got I good ride whereas dreamworld is full of them, it has 5 main thrill ride (Claw, Wipe out, Giant drop, tower of terror & the cyclone. It also says Mic Dohans motor coaster on their website but that isn't that bad!).

For Thrill rides it must be Dream World.

Dreamworld. It has a bit of all the other theme parks all put in one huge place. Like it has the TV component/movie component, the water park, the animals and LOTS of thrill rides like the Claw, the Giant Drop... there's heaps. And from the Giant Drop you can see inside of the Big Brother house!!!
