USA - Best equiped troops in the world, along with the best technology. Big links to Europe and NATO allies with the best special forces in the world (SAS-SBS). Big nuclear capabilities.

RUSSIA - Most amount of nukes in the world. Strong links with China.

CHINA - Sheer man power. There are over 100 million trained and combat ready troops in china. They could enlist over 600 million more men if they wanted to.

BIG DISADVANTAGES - RUSSIA - Very poorly equiped, they are still using wepons from the 1950s, also most troops dont have proper armour.

BIG DISADVANTAGES - CHINA - Same as russia.

NO DISADVANTAGE - USA.

World is something like:

1) US and allies.

2) Countries that have nukes and oil.

3) Countries that have neither oil neither nukes.

4) Countries having oil, and not having nukes.

Group 4 existence is temporal thing.

In terms of nukes there are more then three nuclear powers, however, only Russia, US and China have missiles to deliver the gift, and have independent political elites. GB has impressive stock of nukes, but they are US ally.
