i love the first one, the heart inside the heart is really cute, i dont like the second one at all, the third is too plain, and the last one is cute too.  I would def go with the first one, its really cute and you can get it engraved, so you def cant go wrong with the first, all the rest are ok but the two heart pendant def stands out ....i just saw my friend wearing the two heart pendant today and it was really chic and cute, its simple yet elegant, so you cant go wrong

I personally like 1 and 3 because they are different. 2 and 4 are way to common...you see every other girl wearing those. 1 & 3 are a winner to me...but my # 1 choice would be 1...simply because it's a heart within a heart....it's 2 hearts in one
