  1. WHEN YOU USE THE WORD LEADER IT SOUNDS A LITTLE OVER POWERING. LIKE YOUR THE ONE IN CHARGE AND ONLY YOU. MANAGER TO ME SOUNDS BETTER. IT DOESN'T SOUND SO INTIMIDATING.

  2. neither.

    Eithical Innovater

Now that's 500$. You can send me a check.

  3. Quality Manager

  4. manager he manages everythinglike effictiveness, efficacy, access to the service, continuity, interpersonal re\lations and continuity!

  5. From a resume aspect, manager notes more of a formal position, whereas leader is a designated/temporary position.

"As a Quality Manager, you were a leader in the quality assurance process for the group/department/division/company."

A manager title would be better.  Leader would work better when comparing against other managers.

    Good luck!
