That is such a funny question.  I do not know but logically speaking, I would say the 5th digit (pinky) toe is the weakest.  It is the piggy that went "wee, wee, wee" all the way home.  It does not have the length like the others and once I remember reading in a medical book that it is the toe that will eventually not even develop because it is not necessary.  The other digits are necessary for good balance and locomotion.  The third and fourth work together in strength just like the 4th and 5th digits on your hands (ring and pinky) are responsible for strong grasp.
