I am a Graphic/Web designer and I am planning to take up a course in Software Development in Ireland to complement my design diploma and thus get better job opportunities as a web developer.

Can anyone give me some advice on what would be the best location to study and live in Ireland? Everyone seems to rush to Dublin but it looks very expensive.

What are the possibilities of part time jobs as Graphic/Web design in cities other than Dublin for students?

I would want to have to opportunity to work part time in my field when I am not studying. Which cities would offer the best options in Graphic/Web design and also affordable rent?
