  1. Get off at Mainz HBF which is the main/central station in Mainz. There is a information desk on the second floor in the main part. You will be within  reasonable walking distance from the museum. Also a smaller station within walking distance is "Roman Theatre" This stop is really cool as it literally sits in the middle of a excavation of old Roman ruins. Have Fun!!!!

  2. The Gutenberg Museum is in Mainz, but what you may have meant (and be careful about that) is Frankfurt/Main. We have two cities in Germany called "Frankfurt" (or "Frankfort", in the English spelling): The one is Frankfurt/Main (meaning Frankfort at the river Main), and the other one is Frankfurt/Oder (meaning Frankfort at the river Oder, in east Germany, near the Polish border). Frankfurt/Main is Europe's biggest airline hub, but take care not to take a plane to the other Frankfurt.

Mainz is located in Rhineland-Palatinate (Rheinland-Pfalz) and near to Frankfurt/Main. There is no train going directly to the Gutenberg museum; you'll have to take a bus from Mainz central.

@Alwin not sure if Frankfurt/Oder has an Airport at all but sure it doesn't have an international one ;-)
