Which transmission is better for a car? Manual Transmission, Dual Clutch Transmission, or Sequential Manual?

Please explain pros and cons, and don't write anything if you have to write stupid things.

Manual:

pros - you can personally choose your rev

         - much better acceleration

         - shows of your machismo

cons - obviously,a torture on your left leg especially in traffics

Automatic:

pros - quite a bit relaxing even when caught in a traffic jam

cons - low mpg because the gears are programmed to shift at low rpm

CVT:

pros - better mpg

         - better acceleration than A/T

cons - you may suspect the transmission's sound as a sliding clutch. you'll have to get used to it

Dual clutch is the best, for sports cars anyway.  They shift faster than any automatic, and faster than even a professional driver can shift a manual.  VW makes a good one, and BMW probably has the best, it's only in the M3 though.
