I would go with the Samsung because I have one a 37" and love it.  The guy at Best Buy told me that Samsung and Sony have the best picture.  Sony is a lot more money.  I then went to Wal Mart and checked the prices, I saved over $100.00 buying it at Wal Mart, but they dont know much about TV's.  Thats where Best Buy helped me out.

Of those YOU list, the best deal is the Toshiba, followed by the Sharp: then the Samsung; then the LG.
