Which tv should I Buy, Plasma or LCD?

I prefer LCD my friend has a Plasma and it got burn lines in it after just 2 weeks. It is supposed to have the feature that gets rid of the lines but you can still see them. The top of the line Samsung LCD's are AMAZING.

LCDs are lighter, last longer, brighter, offerbetter contrast, and use less power.

Plasmas have richer colors.

LCD is much better! If you look at a plasma screen side-on the picture looks funny.

The most important factor in deciding plasma vs. LCD is how much light or natural sunlight is coming into your viewing room.  If you have a fairly dark room or watch TV at night with the lights low or off, then I would go with plasma as it is consistently rated higher in picture quality than LCD.  However, most viewing situations are not in ideal lighting conditions and allow sunlight, etc., and LCDs perform better in this area.  Basically plasmas are a better picture but tend to show more glare than LCDs.
