  1. I would get the Samsung LCD.

It has a 1080p screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate that will eliminate picture lag on fast moving images.

An LCD screen is lighter and also has the ability to be wall mounted and has no risk of burn-in.

At the end of the day Samsung make the 2nd best LCD on the market so you know you are getting a top quality product.

I also think the Samsung is a more stylish looking TV then the Panasonic.

    NOTE :

Before you commit to buying one of these brands , have a look at the Sony Bravia XBR series.

This is the No1 LCD available - there is none better.

  2. The Panasonic, of course! I see the Samsung guys, the ones who believe all that Samsung advertising (lol), are out in force. Pay no attention. This isn't even a close call, if you want the best HDTV in BOTH performance and reliability. Try to read over the 11/07 and 3/08 HDTV articles in Consumer Reports, available free at your local public library. Pay attention to the reliability survey, too!

  3. samsung HD LCD tv is the best. i am planning to buy on of those.
