Which two hitters should i give?

i want to trade for brandon lyon and ryan howard. Which two of my hitters should i include? i can also give a starting pitcher.

Hitters: mark texeira, kelly johnson, arod, lance berkman, jay bruce, nick swisher, raul ibanez, jay bruce, aubrey huff, and carlos beltran. Pitchers: justin verlander, andy sonnanstine, tim hudson, and jorge campillo

mark texeira, tim hudson, you will get a lot more run prudiction out of those other 2, BUT howard does strike out way toooooooooooooooooooooo much
