I like Hainan Chicken Rice, with kampung chicken

Another favourite is a shop in SeaPark, PJ, where the chicken is deepfried and the skin is crispy. Must try the deepfried liver!

i vote for Hai Nan Chicken rice

The chicken is stewed only to preserve the natural flavor and its essence.

Hainan people also prescribed the rice ingredients with other spices so that it can match the stewed chicken.

I don't know if the Hainan Chicken rice is same with Ipoh Chicken.I think if the chicken is stewed,then the chicken rice is Hainanese derivative.

Even Singapore Chicken rice is prepared with the rice that cooked in Hainanese style.

In contrast to Singapore Chicken rice,Hainanese Chicken rice is healthier.
