Which type of airsoft gun is best?

I'd like to know which type of airsoft gun is better between spring powered and electric powered prefferbly for an assult rifle?

Definitely electric. Would you rather shoot full auto or shoot one round every 3-5 seconds?

However, spring rifles have extremely low failure rates. But if you take care of your electric rifle you should be fine.

Also take price into account. There are really powerful spring aussalt rifles for 10-30 bucks, and go 100-300FPS.

Good AEGs are $100+, and go 350-400FPS, which isn't low at all. However, battery charging can take 5 hours.

Gas guns are overrated, and I have one. They run out of gas in 1 clip, and don't go higher than 330FPS, so don't listen to the guys up there saying that AEGs shoot low FPS and gas pistols don't. It's actually the other way around, IF you're willing to pay for a GOOD AEGs. There's tons of bad ones out there.

I love it when douche bags with spring pistols come on here and spout off about how great gas is.  Gas is expensive, leaks and just an all around pain it the ***.  I haven't charged any batteries in four weeks.

Spring is only good for sniper rifles and it is boring as h**l.  

AEGs are a lot of fun if you get a good one.

well, i think green gas is easiert to use. i would prefer getting that than electric or spring

green gas - harder hits, no battery charging, no spring

battery - not as powerful, long charge times, and low fps

co2 - hard to use, leaks, expensive

spring - not fast at firing, have to pull spring back after every shot

between spring and electric, electric is best cuz u can go automatic w/o pulling backa  spring after every shot
