Which type of basket was used very first in basketball?

I am wandering to know that which were used as the goals when basketball was first made. Have you any idea about it?

When basketball was first made, peach baskets were used as the goals. The peach baskets were sufficient until later they ripped out the bottoms so after every score they did not have to retrieve the ball.
