  1. HONEY OAT BECAUSE IT HAS THE MOST FIBER


  2. Wheat is the lowest calories at 200 per 6 inch 2.5 grams fat with 4 grams of fiber.  But others might be preferable depending on what you are looking for.  They have the whole menus' nutrition info on-line.

  3. Wheat probably has more fiber. Thats what I always get when i go, but sometimes white bread has less calories than wheat. you can look it up online.
