Which type of camcorder records blur videos?

As in, the video recorded would be soft and intentionally blurry? Which brand would that be, and what is the price?

The classic trick was to smear a SMALL AMOUNT of vaseline on the lens, leaving the centre clear.  You can get the same effect with the editor now.  Generaly, it's good practice to shoot your footage without any effects and add them later - that way you keep your options open.

DON'T put Vaseline directly on the lens.  You will ruin it.

Protect the lens with something clear, like a clear filter if you can afford it, or if you want to do it really cheaply, stretch plastic wrap over the lens, put a rubber band around it, and put Vaseline on the outside of that instead.

Or, do it in editing software later.

a lot of camcorders can do that. you record out-of-focus. but it has to allow manual adjustments. using autofocus will try to sharpen your videos
