What's the name of the type of candle wick that burns faster than other?? Please include your source. Thank-you!

The bulkier a wick is, the more liquid wax it pulls up and the faster the candle burns with a bigger flame.   The most common braided wick is intended to curl in the flame so when it gets too long it burns off at the end, keeping the flame uniform, instead of getting longer and longer and bigger or messier.
