  1. beta

    You can get both beta + and - depending on if its positron or electron decay. Obviously the electron is negative.

    Gamma is just a wave, carries no charge. Alpha is a Helium nucleus carrying no charge. I think, someone correct me if wrong.

    Edit: Alpha is 2 protons and 2 neutrons therefore positive.


  2. Alpha has two protons which definitely have a positive charge. Beta normally refers to electron radiation, but it can mean any lepton.
