    b.  Vascular plants are all those plants that have xylem and phloem for carrying water and food.  They include the seed plants and the nonseed vascular plants like ferns, horsetails, club mosses.

    c.  Only the vascular plants have true roots, stems, and leaves, so they are the same plants as in answer b.

    d.  The nonvascular plants and the nonseed vascular plants reproduce with spores.
