Which type of storm is the strongest and more dangerous?

in my opinion

a catagory 4 hurricane is the strongest.. not so dangerous.  you can watch it's progress and have a pretty good idea of where it is going several days in advance.

a tornado the most dangerous.. because it is so totally unpredictable.  it can drop out of no where, rip up everything and skip away.
