  1. Like Dawn said, the ones that exercise the most! Veg*ns have to work to loss weight too, I should know!

  2. Starving ones.

  3. Vegans, because cheese and eggs are very fattening.

Also, many vegans are also very conscious about eating whole-grains and keeping their bodies very healthy. Not all are this way, but many.

  4. The one who dosn't eat more then he needs and stays away from veggie junk food like chips, etc.

  5. Vegan for sure, but not to say that any type of vegetarian, or even omnivore for that matter, can be just as lean.

Veganism just better supports healthy food consumption, as many junk foods and extras are eliminated asthey often contain animal products or bi-products.  Think, icecream, milk chocolate, a lot of candy(gelatin), many store-bought cookie, donuts or cakes, cheese, etc.

  6. Really? Vegan? I've heard so many vegan's say they've gained 5 pounds+ going vegan. That would be the most obvious one though, right? But, yes, the first answer has it... the one that exercises the most! Yes, yes.

  7. Vegan or Raw vegan

Much less fat involved, like cheese, milk etc.
