I'm taking my theory test for a car tomorrow. If they ask me about stopping distances will the possible answers just be in one unit of measurement (meters, feet or car lengths) or will they give me all 3? E.g. if they ask "What is the stopping distance at 30mph?" would the answer be like this:

23 meters

or like this:

23 meters/75 feet/6 car lengths?

  1. I don't think it matters.

As long as it is in a recognised measurement and you know the correct answer it doesn't really matter.

If you learn all three that would be best, but I think they have to give you the answer with all three measurements as they are all used together.

If you know one measurement then you can deduce what it is in the other measurements anyway and they can't expect you to learn what it is in a measuremen you are not familiar with as it would be useless.
