I want to study abroad for a semester in Europe. Which university or college in Europe is believed to have the best political science department?

I study political science (international relations) at the university of Naples, Italy and I think it's awesome. But a lot of people have a problem with city of Naples...they say is dangerous,dirty... I my self find the States way less safe, plus there is a huge comunity of americans and brits (mostly military). I think you should check it out if you like challenges. If you want to go in a less controversial area you should look up 4 something in Bruxelles, with the European Parliament being there it has become the heart of European political studies. Good luck
