I like the name best in it's original Persian form: Yasmin.

Second favourite would be the most traditional variant used in the English speaking world: Jasmine

The other variants don't really appeal to me. Some of them are quite nice, but I like think but Yasmin and Jasmine look the nicest to me.

I think that any of them starting with a "Y" would be frustrating, because she would have to correct teachers and people all the time.  My best friend's name is Ariel, but pronounced Arielle, and she gets so tired of correcting people!  I like Jasmine, but Jemma is very interesting and unique!

Jasmine is much more beautiful than Jemma.

Jasmine and Yasmin are the most beautiful.  Unless you have Arab in your blood though, I would stick to the English version, Jasmine, as opposed to Yasmin, which is much more exotic.

I like it spelled best as Jasmine.  I don't care for the Jemma spelling, but prefer it spelled Gemma.  That was the name of one of my best friends growing up.
