A really interesting plant only found in the extreme south of my country, the U.S, which is too bad. Hopefully it will find a niche market here, as it is very nutritious. Moringa oleifera, which is actually M. pterygosperma. Because of the many uses of the plant, check local availability and select varieties for use. There is a lot on line now about that.
