  1. honestly, the Sequoia, being 1000lbs heavier is safer in wind

  2. highlander ................

  3. Since your 3 yr old gets bored easily, for your own sanity, take the Highlander and a lot of DVD's.

  4. If gas is no object, I would take the Sequoia.  Yes, it is higher, but it is also much heavier.  It's easy to move an armchair across the floor.  It is substantially harder, to move a piano, even a little bit.  Plus you get added room.  The downside is the gas.

  5. The Toyota Highlander safe for you and the child and will keep the child occupied, drive safe.

  6. The Highlander may be slightly better in the wind because of its shape, but you probably wont notice a difference in either one.

I would decide based on which is going to keep the kids quiet the longest, a DVD or them not being smashed against each other.

Unless there is a major wind storm (50+ mph) you'll be fine in either one.

  7. The Highlander........personally I'd strap the kids to the roof if they gave me any trouble>>>>lol
