I am looking to buy a luxury vehicle that would say to onlookers that I have arrived at least as a novice attorney. I want the vehicle that would represent my personality...classy, smart, sporty, eye-catching, high maintenance, and of course a bit of conceitedness. What's your pick,? What do each of these models represent when you see someone drive a lexus, hummer, or Jaguar S-type?

  1. If my choices are limited to these 3, I would choose the Lexus ES 300.

A Hummer is anything but smart. A Jaguar says that you don't know c**p about cars because you bought a car that depreciates as fast as a ford, but paid the price of a Lexus.

Also check out the BMW 3 series, Infiniti G35, Hyundai Genesis and the Acura TL.

  2. Well, on my income, none of the above.  But I do like the Lexus. So in your case that is the one I would likely choose.

  3. I would go with the Jag. The Lexus is okay and the Hummer is not classy...it's more of a fun going out partying sort of vehicle to me...we have a Jag right now and everyone says how "classy" it looks : )

  4. The Lexus ES without a doubt. The Jag is a stylish car with poor interior space and even worse reliability, while the H3; well it's a Hummer, but an entry-level one that doesn't get the same respect as the others. If I arrived, I'd be looking at a BMW 3 series or Infiniti G35 sedan- true executive sedans in their own right. They shout," I'm moving up in the World." That G35 would be my choice plus it costs about the same as the ES300. However, in the group that you mentioned, the ES300 would be my choice (only now it's the ES350).

  5. LEXUS

The Lexus makes a statement that you're already successful and showing off is unnecessary bc you're doing well and content with yourself. Lexus was also voted the most dependable car.

Jag also makes the same statment, but it's no where near the level of technology the Japanese have mastered in the Lexus. Jags theme is traditional European while Lexus says modern and metro.

Hummer just begs for attention and intimidation on the road. Also, unsavvy in terms of finance and convenience. The price and gas and difficulty parking those boulders.

  6. Why don't you get something with style and performance:

  7. they all suck...

    LOL HUMMER CLASSY\EYECATCHING? LOL!!

if i had to choose id choose the lexus

  8. In the same order you asked the question.. Lexus then the jag.

If you really have arrived the you should be able to drive the lexus and have a hummer for the weekend's. That's all they are good for. But they are good for that.

That is if you have  arrived!
