Which version of the sage software is better to do the books of other people?

I'm thinking on starting my own business has a bookkeeper, I already have a manual bookkeeping course from the ICB, but my advisor told me that it was better if I just took a sage course to get familiar. which software should I use? and How will I be able to do the books of the other business's? I mean will I need to buy more than one version?

I prefer Peachtree it is a good system.  And you can set up more that one company with one version.
