Which version should i get for call of duty world at war?

Question

xbox 360 or ps3 ( no wii) and also don't say the xbox version has better graphics or the ps3 has free online play.other details.

Well it hasnt come out yet so is hard to judge at this stage. But id have to say the PS3 for its mind blowing visuals. Everything else to 360 can compete on and keep up so to speak. so id say get i on the console with the most preferred controller for shooters you like. But dont let the PS3 slip from mind, the graphics.......yyylllaaahhhh *drool*

i would say the xbox, although the ps3 will prob have graphics and quality that would blow u away - the xbox would be more online fun - which is what i look 4 in the cod games - but if u dont play live id get it 4 ps3 =]

I own both consoles and I prefer the 360 for online games simply because it seems like a lot more people play on that system. This is kind of off topic (or maybe not) but I played COD 4 on the PS3 for a week or 2 and owned in most of the games online but then bought it for the 360 a few weeks later and was on the receiving end. What gives? Did people get that good that fast or are there just better players on Xbox Live? (which seems kind of crazy with all the immature ones on there).

And yeah, if you own both consoles then it really doesn't matter...both experiences should be identical for the most part. There is the thing with free online for PS3 and $50/year for Xbox Live, but if you own both systems then you probably have Live.

I have a PS3 and Xbox 360 and played COD4 on both.  I couldn't really tell a difference visually, but the 360 the best controller for shooters.  I don't see how anyone could argue that.  Live is way better than PSN for games like this. The Xbox 360 version will most likely be the better choice for those two reasons alone.
