Which video card should i pick for my upgrade?

I am purchasing sims 2 apartment life and want to upgrade my video card for it. Right now I have Intel G33/G31 Express Chipset Family ,Which works fine for all the sims2 expansion packs i have. Should i upgrade and if so here is the recommended list dell gave me which should i choose:
