i got a converter i and i want to burn it to dvd

these are the options:

AVI

AVI320x240

AVI640X480

DVD(PAL)- I dont know what this is

DVD(NTSC)- I dont know what this is

  1. If you're in Europe: DVD (PAL).

    If you're in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, South Korea: DVD (NTSC).
