Which video game series is more fun - Madden NFL or NCAA Football??

Question

I dont have a great knowledge of American Football, but it does look like fun, and so I was thinking of getting a video game version.. I use to own '97 on Sega if I remember correctly...

So Im contemplating whether to get Madden NFL 2009 or NCAA Football 2009...??

I know Madden is the most popular version, but I hear NCAA is good for the spectacle and overall presentation...Im looking for fun, and realism, something thatd be good for parties n such to play with mates..

I was also thinking of Blitz 2..that over the top football game, anyone have an opinion on that one..

Madden NFL 09 is the way to go. Get it early, too. It has great graphics, commentary, and lots of new features. By what I see, it looks incredibly realistic. NCAA Football 09 is okay, but you have to be more into the college scene to adapt to that one.

Blitz I wouldn't consider thinking of. EA Sports has the best football games, stick with them.

they're both good. madden would probably be more enjoyable though. you have to enjoy college football alot to like ncaa. but they're very similar. and blitz sucks, it gets no vote

NCAA. If you haven't heard about the Madden curse, you should search on it.  I feel sorry for Brett Favre :(

get neither...both games are so unrealistic. ive never seen a NFL player pass, run, kick or tackle like they do in these games.

if you looking for realism get madden for the original xbox or get All Pro football 2k8

graphics are cool but no quaterback can be running backwards and throw a ball 70 yards off his back foot
