  1. The liver stores vitamins A,D and K. These are the fat soluble vitamins. Another fat soluble vitamin is vitamin E but this is distributed throughout the fatty regions of the body.

    Interesting fact.

    Eskimos do not eat polar bear liver. It is very high in vitamin A, a little too high and can cause vitamin A overdose. This includes skin problems, liver toxicity, neurological problems and increased pressure on the brain.
