  2. if you are going to take vitamins, get a B complex.  I suggest a complete liquid vitamin and mineral supplement.

    One that will meet your vitamin and mineral needs.

    Also, what is the source of the lack of energy?  maybe you are consuming sugar?  Remove that from your diet.
