  1. I can only tell you what I use that I have found success with.  I suffer with concentration, focus, mood swings, and sleeping problems.

    I started using a liquid vitamin and mineral supplement.  this product changed my life while the other things I tried did nothing for me.

    It really meets the nutritional needs which is causing the concentration problems.

    The other thing is making sure to eat properly.  Wrong foods will cause these kinds of symptoms.

        vinpocetine and

  6. Yes, as the previous responder said, ginko is helpful because it increases blood circulation to your extremities, including your brain. More blood = more circulation = better brain function.

    Just be aware that ginko biloba is an anti-coagulant so not recommended if you are a bleeder or about to have surgery or are taking other medications or herbs that thin your blood (like aspirin or astragalus).
