Which volcanos for public viewing are active in Costa Rica?

I'm looking at lots of tours and activities that include volcanos, but which ones are the most active? I've been to Arenol, but don't know much about the other ones.

Arenal is my favorite, but if you hike too far up youll diee!!

but i suggest Volcan Poas, it pretty amazing!

The active volcanoes in Costa Rica that I would recomend visiting include Arenal, Rincon de La Vieja, Poas and Irazu. All are National Parks which means they are fairly accesible and have basic infrastructure (trails, washrooms).

Sure the closed from Costa Rica san jose

The volcano closed from Costa Rica capital 's (San Jose) is the Bridles nevertheless but the famous one that there is by his scene is the sandy ground rises 5436 feet  above sea level and overlooks Lake Arenal.

Hi,

There are several active volcanoes in Costa Rica: Arenal, Irazu, Turrialba, Rincon de la Vieja, Poas.

Of the list above, only Arenal exhibits pyroclastic activity, that is, regular explosions of molten rock, gas and ash. The other volcanoes exhibit activity in the form of fumaroles and only intermittent gaseous explosions.

In any case, the most active volcano is Arenal Volcano.
