  1. Mikasa is a great ball. We use it for my school's varsity team, it plays really well. Molten is also a good choice. Either way, they are both awesome.

  2. I like Tachikara & Wilson....

  3. The Molten Super Touch is the official volleyball for USAV women's, juniors and some others.

The Molten Pro Touch is the official volleyball for USAV men's volleyball.

Tachikara is the first company that came out with a volleyball that did not hurt on every hit.

If you think you are going to be able to keep it and you are going to use it indoors, go for the bottom row.  If you think someone will borrow it and not return it or if you plan to play outdoors, buy the top row.  If there is any chance of getting them wet, buy the top row.  Leather volleyballs get hard and brittle when they get wet.  No sense in buying a $40 or $50 volleyball to throw away after 1 season.  You can buy a volleyball for under $20 to do that.

The bottom line is that the top row will get you 1 season if you take care of them.  Of the top row, I would recommend the Tachikara 18S.

On the top row, the Molten Super Touch is the best, but the other 3 are a close second.

  4. Tachikara is the volleyball varsity at my school uses its supposed to be one of the best.

  5. I love the Molten Super Touch.

I would say pick that kind.

    They're always lucky for me.

  6. wilson's brand or tackikara

  7. I would have said the Tachikara soft touch, but it wasn't there.  So in the few you gave me to choose from, probably the molten pro touch, because it is not super soft, but it won't burn you arms when you dig it.  Just remember to not overfill your ball with air :D

  8. Molten Supertouch. It is the best ball I have ever used. It is nice and bouncy and soft. It will last forever. As long as it is not too full of air (so it's hard) it will be good.

  9. It depends on where you are playing.

If you are playing varsity at your high school, find out what the official ball is for your conference, region, or state.  I know that the National Federation of High School Sports has selected Spalding as the official game ball and the Spalding TF 4000 NCAA Gold is the choice in California.

Having said all that, most players and coaches (myself included) are partial to Moltens during club season.
