Which walking boots are the most waterproof?

The best you can afford. Go to a good shop like Blacks, they do all manner of walking, camping, hiking gear. And buy boots that have the tongue piece attached to the boot. You will see why, because if you have the ones that are loose, if it rains, your feet get wet.

I bought a pair 15 years ago cost me 50.00 then. suggest you need something in the 80/90 pound range. Good shops will also give you advice but don't buy the first pair you see, try on, walk around, because one thing i do know if they hurt, you might as well chuck them.

I have been hunting all my life and nothing is more miserable that having wet feet. Everyone who spends any time out doors knows that if you want your feet dry don't worry about the brand of boots. All you need to know is GORTEX, GORTEX, GORTEX. MAKE SURE THEY ARE GORTEX LINED. It is a miracle

Brasher boots are very good and have excellent waterproofing.  They are a bit more expensive than some others, mine cost £80, but with a bit of care should last for many years.
