I think the answer is "the day Hugo Chavez declares himself God".  Its coming soon so get ready.  First he will declare himself president for life with unlimited powers to help the people.  At that point your congress will just be a rubber stamp if its not abolished altogether.  Then its off to being a god.  Don't worry you'll enjoy the "bread and circuses" because that's all you'll have left.  He wants to remake Venezuela in Cuba's image.  And let me tell you its not that great down there.  But first he's going to have to declare war on someone locally to cover up some problems in whats going on.  Probably Guyana.  Colombia would kick his butt and if he moved on Panama then the US would definitely intervene.  He just wants to throw rocks at them not trade bullets.  Run to Miami, that will be the happiest day of your life.
