Which was the most dramatic situation that you ever assisted at?

Once when I was a Park Ranger, I was working in an aquatic recreational area.  A bunch of teenagers were cliff jumping.  One of the girls that was just watching, slipped and fell from about 70 feet.  She fell on a rock at the bottom and landed on her back and neck.  We rangers had to get her into an ambulance and get her to the local hospital.  

It was one of the most dramatic situations I have ever been in, because her friends and her family were surrounding us.  She could feel her legs or feet.  It took everything in me not to cry and worry her family even more.
