Which watersport would you instruct and why?

Wakeskating, it's fun, low impact for those who don't like nasty wakeboard crashes, and I'm good at coaching my friends at it.  Also you can get behind the boat and play H-O-R-S-E or S-K-A-T-E for fun and it helps you learn new tricks.

Windsurfing - I adore it and I've instructed people before!  Everyone has fun with the right instructor and the right attitude, everyone can do it and it is just so exhilarating!

I love watersports so much though - I'd be happy to instruct any - from sailing to canoeing! : D
