Which way does current flow in FET's?

I want to know which way conventional current flows in p and n JFET's AND p and n MOSFET's

tell me if its from source to drain, or drain to source

(by conventional current, I mean the way we draw the arrows, not the direction that the electrons are traveling. Although that's just the opposite of conventional current, but just tell me conventional current so as not to confuse me too much)

  1. Conventional current moves from drain to source. The P/N distinction doesn't affect the direction like it does in BJTs. It just determines whether the gate-source bias voltage should be positive or negative.
