Here are the steps to get your pages indexed in google straight away.. you can use mass submit programs like hello search engines.... though u don't need to really... i have achieved number 2 status in lots of search engines without even submitting my site to them! Anyways onto the strategy which i have used with very good success.

1. Before you publish your post, search google for your first complete sentence of your post. Use quotation marks around the sentence. Make it long enough so that no other site can have that opening sentence

2. Your goal is to return zero results from your search. So keep altering the first sentence till you get zero results. The reason is that if the google bot can't find a search term.. it will store it in memory and search for website with the keyword

3. Publish your post, ping your post and wait about 10 minutes.

4. Do the same search again using quotes again and your post should show up though results may vary
