Which way should i face a bandpass if ports are on top??

Question

I have a boston acoustics bandpass box with with plexi glass in front with a 12" boston acoustics subwoofer. The ports are on the top. now should i face the bandpass to the rear of the trunk or face the front?? or is there a better way to face it?? The box is not slanted or anything.

Position it with the ports facing the rear of the vehicle if possible.

well what u should do is get a different box or just plug up the port holes and thake the plexi glass off the frount then turn it towrds u

which ever way looks cooler.  They'll both sound the same.
